Samurai II sends Daisuke on a quest for revenge across the war-scorched countryside. From a seafaring village to a flying fortress to the legendary Isle of the Dead, the samurai will stop at nothing to hunt down his arch-enemy Orochi. Will he get his vengeance?

Samurai II is a very entertaining title with solid gameplay and stunning graphics. According to <a href="http://www.appspy.com/review/4336/samurai-ii-vengeance-review">AppSpy.com</a>, this game has improved by leaps and bounds over the original and evolved into an extremely satisfying action hack and slash game, making it a long-awaited sequel to Samurai: Way of the Warrior.

While the original game received positive feedback for its stylized manga graphics and quick, bloody gameplay, Samurai II steps up the action with an intuitive new control scheme. This sequel is a true successor, benefiting from over a year of focused development. Its overall production values and intense action put Samurai II on par with console 3D brawlers.

The game's dynamic camera and fluid action running at 60 frames per second offer an immersive experience that screenshots alone cannot convey. Developers have incorporated fan feedback into enhancing gameplay, with new features such as a virtual d-pad, dynamic camera, environmental puzzles, traps, and engaging new enemies.
